Do I need council approval for a patio or deck in South Australia?
Most patios, verandahs, pergolas and raised decks in South Australia need development approval before you build. Every Modify kit comes with council-ready engineered plans prepared for your local SA council, so approval is straightforward.
How much does a patio or deck cost in SA?
